What we collect when you use this site and book a stay, and what we do with it.

What we collect

• Booking requests and guest book entries: the name, email, phone, dates, group details and message you type into our forms. These are delivered to us by Netlify Forms and stored in our form inbox and email.
• Rental agreement: the details and electronic signature you provide, kept as the record of your stay.
• Payments: Zelle payments go through your bank. We never see or store card or account numbers.
• Site visits: our host, Netlify, keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages viewed). We do not run advertising trackers.
• On the property: exterior security cameras record the drive, gates and outside of the buildings. Noise monitors record sound levels only, never audio. There are no cameras inside the house.

How we use it

• To reply to your request, confirm and manage your stay, and send check-in details.
• To meet legal obligations, including Texas hotel occupancy tax records.
• To publish guest book entries on this site, using the first name you give us, if you ask us to.

Sharing and keeping

We do not sell or rent your details. We share them only with the services named above and when the law requires. Booking records are kept for as long as tax law requires, then deleted. Write to to see, correct or delete what we hold about you.
